Chariho Girls Soccer

2024 Chariho HS Girls Soccer just ended their season. This is our 3rd season in Division1 and we ranked fourth in Rhode Island with a final record of 11-5-1. This season we started strong winning the Piver Cup trophy vs Westerly for the 3rd year in a row. We also hosted our 6th annual Maddie Potts Jamboree, hosting an eight team tournament to help raise money and support The Maddie Potts Foundation. Senior Captains Charlie Edmonds, Ella Dachowski, Emily Brown, Ryann Denecour, and Ashley Simmons did a wonderful job leading the team to playoffs.

This Field Hockey season is one for learning and rebuilding. We have 5 seniors, Brogan Manni, Sophia Gagner, Racheal Barrette, Taylor Browning, and Hayden Norris. Most of our team is new and young, and while this season has been one of our toughest compared to previous years, there is no other group of girls we’d rather have as a team. Our current record is 2-13-1. Captains Brogan and Taylor have led the team with positive mindsets and encouragement.
